Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
✓ The item is unused and in its original condition
✓ The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
✓ You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, WhatsApp us or email us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✓ Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
✓ Refunds are issued via EFT to your South African bank account, or back to your original payment method
✓ You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item — we sincerely apologise. This is our error and we will make it right immediately.
✓ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item
✓ We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
✓ You will NOT need to return the item in most cases
We take quality seriously and use your feedback to improve.
4. Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
✓ Contact us first before sending anything back
✓ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges
✓ We will ship the replacement at no extra delivery charge
5. Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
✓ Items returned after 7 days from delivery
✓ Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
✓ Items with missing packaging, tags, or accessories
✓ Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at checkout)
6. How to Return an Item
Step 1: WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason
Step 2: We confirm your return is approved and give you the return address
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address
Step 4: Send us the tracking number once shipped
Step 5: Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
7. Consumer Rights — CPA Compliance
This policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008. As a South African consumer, you have the right to:
✓ Return goods that are unsafe, defective, or not fit for purpose
✓ Receive goods that match the description and quality advertised
✓ A refund, repair, or replacement within a reasonable time
